Eziteller have created in-house support and service programs. Being directly involved with the manufacture of the devices ensures that spare parts are no issue. All support service staff are directly managed by Eziteller which allow for a fast and reliable support service. Our state of the art monitoring software ensures that we are instantly aware of any faults. Our highly experienced customer service team can then put in place the appropriate measures to ensure that a machine is back in operation in the shortest possible time, with minimum impact to the business it supports.
Spare Parts
Successful Spare Parts management requires the disciplined application of proven processes and interdepartmental partnerships.
Keeping capital intensive equipment operating is the key to us delivering profitability to you the Retailer. Various maintenance philosophies have been applied to keep the down-time to a minimum involving scheduled pre-emptive replacement, condition monitoring or responding rapidly to a breakdown. Eziteller hold all spare parts in all major cities that are tested by our certified technicians.
Fault Rectification
All Ezitellers service technicians are trained on all aspects of repairs. Our technicians carry all of the required parts to ensure the fastest return to service for your device. Major parts warehouses are located nationally with satellite warehouses in select locations.
All error codes detected by the monitoring software are proactively managed by our call centre personnel. Once a call is logged, any technical problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The helpdesk operator will initially contact the Eziteller and undertake further diagnostic checks before deciding on the appropriate course of action. In addition to the KAL KTC remote management software, the eziteller helpdesk are available to respond to incoming calls from the 1800 number.
