Unlike an ATM the Eziteller does not dispense cash it prints a secure ticket that is exchanged for cash. This ticket is redeemed at the counter via the cash register. Rather than dispensing cash, RTMs print a secure cash ticket with a unique code that can be exchanged for cash in the same store.

Eziteller enables retailers to customise and run their own loyalty programs, design and manage marketing promotions, pay bills, buy phone recharge, purchase top ups for games and music, and offer banking facilities such as money transfer – particularly important for Australia.

As well as enabling retailers to offer new services in areas that would previously have not been economically feasible, RTMs will also play an important role in destination shopping by encouraging customers into stores.
